7 Corresponding laws
For the definition of corresponding law in section 34(3) of the Act, the following laws are declared to be laws that correspond to the Act:
the Freedom of Information Act 2016 of the Australian Capital Territory;
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 of the Commonwealth;
the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 of New South Wales;
the Information Act 2002 of the Northern Territory;
the Right to Information Act 2009 of Queensland;
the Freedom of Information Act 1991 of South Australia;
the Freedom of Information Act 1982 of Victoria;
the Freedom of Information Act 1992 of Western Australia.
