207 Parking where fees are payable
This rule applies to a driver who parks on a length of road, or in an area, to which a permissive parking sign applies if information on or with the sign indicates that a fee is payable for parking.With is defined in the dictionary.
The driver must – pay the fee (if any) payable under the law of this jurisdiction; and obey instructions (if any) – on or with the sign or a meter, ticket or ticket-vending machine; and in a mobile app or other electronic method used for the payment of fees under this rule, being an app or method indicated on or with the sign or a meter, ticket or ticket-vending machine. Fine not exceeding 2 penalty units.
