254 Bicycles being towed, &c.
A person must not ride on a bicycle that is being towed by another vehicle. Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.Vehicle is defined in rule 15.
The rider of a bicycle must not hold onto another vehicle while the vehicle is moving. Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.
