364 Ride-on lawnmowers
A person must not drive a ride-on lawnmower on a road. Fine not exceeding 5 penalty units.Ride-on lawnmower is defined in the dictionary.
Subrule (1) does not apply to a person who is driving a ride-on lawnmower across a road by the shortest practicable route.
In this rule – road does not include a road-related area but does include any shoulder of the road, footpath, and bicycle path.Bicycle pathand footpath are defined in the dictionary and road-related area is defined in rule 13.
