Rule 298: Driving with person in trailer exemptions

For rule 298, a trailer is exempt from the rule if it is being driven at a speed not exceeding 25 kilometres per hour –

by a person who is authorised under another law of this jurisdiction to carry passengers in the trailer; or to carry passengers who are engaged in agricultural activities on adjacent land.
