False or misleading statements

In force

A person must not make a statement or representation knowing or believing that the statement or representation is false or misleading –

in relation to an application under this Act; or with respect to the amount or nature of any assets or any debt due or any claim against the person or the person's estate.

Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
