Married woman: How affected by Act

The foregoing provisions of this Act shall apply to a married woman of full age, whether or not she is entitled to her estate or interest for her separate use or as her separate property, and she, without her husband, may exercise the powers of a tenant for life under this Act.

A restraint on anticipation in the settlement shall not prevent the exercise by her of any power under this Act.
