7 Booking platform providers to provide required information to Director of Building Control
A booking platform provider must provide to the Director of Building Control, within 30 days after the end of each financial quarter, the required information in relation to each short stay premises in respect of which information has been displayed to the public on a booking platform of the provider during the financial quarter. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
For the purposes of subsection (1), the required information in relation to short stay premises is – the information that has been provided to the booking platform provider by the short stay premises provider in relation to the premises or his or her agent and that is, or purports to be, the relevant information in relation to the premises; and the relevant listing period in relation to the premises.
