11 Payment of grants
The Treasurer shall, on accepting any recommendations or further recommendations contained in a report made by the Commission under section 9(3) or section 10(3) in any financial year, pay grants in that year to councils in accordance with those recommendations or further recommendations.
The payment of grants under subsection (1) shall be made out of the Public Account from funds provided by Parliament for the purpose.
