12A National environment protection measures taken to be State Policies
A national environment protection measure is taken to be a State Policy and is taken to have been approved by both Houses of Parliament.
Section 15 does not apply to a national environment protection measure taken to be a State Policy.
In this section, national environment protection measure means a national environment protection measure made under section 14 (1) of the National Environment Protection Council (Tasmania) Act 1995.
