33 Transfer of certain Heads of Agencies and senior executives
The Premier may transfer a person appointed to an office specified in Division 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 1 to any other office specified in that Division.
The Premier may transfer a senior executive from an office created under subsection (4) of section 29 to another office created under that subsection.
The Premier may delegate the power to transfer a senior executive.
A person transferred under subsection (1) or (2) is to receive a salary level not less than the salary level he or she received immediately before the transfer.
