State Service (Restructuring) Order 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000.

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2015.

This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.

The name of the State authority known as Tasmanian Health Organisation – North is changed to the Tasmanian Health Service.

Tasmanian Health Organisation – North West, and Tasmanian Health Organisation – South are amalgamated with the Tasmanian Health Service.
