State Service (Restructuring) Order 2016

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000.

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2016.

This order takes effect on 1 July 2016.

The Poppy Advisory and Control Board, part of the Department of Justice, is amalgamated with the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.
