State Service (Restructuring) Order 2021

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .
This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2021.
This order takes effect on 31 October 2021.
The part, of the Department of State Growth, known as Renewables Tasmania, is amalgamated with the Department of Treasury and Finance.
The part, of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, known as the Tasmanian Climate Change Office, is amalgamated with the Department of Treasury and Finance.
The part, of the Department of Justice, known as the Planning Policy Unit, is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
