I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000.
This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2006.
This order takes effect on 27 October 2006.
The part of the Department of Premier and Cabinet responsible for Industrial Relations Policy and Advocacy services is amalgamated with the Department of Justice.
