State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000.
This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2008.
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
That part of the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources responsible for supporting the Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority is amalgamated with the Department of Justice.
