State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000.
This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 2) 2015.
This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.
The parts of the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment consisting of the Service Tasmania shops, the Shop Operations Group and the Integrated Tasmanian Government Contact Centre are amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.
