20 Report to Minister
The Stolen Generations Assessor is to give the Minister a report on the performance of his or her functions within 30 days after the day on which he or she makes a decision on the final application for an ex gratia payment.
The Minister is to cause the Stolen Generations Assessor's report to be laid before each House of Parliament.
