1. Part XIA of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 is repealed.
2. Schedule 7 to the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884 is repealed.
Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993
Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993
1. Section 119 of the Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993 is repealed.
The amendments effected by Section 162 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:
Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884;
Local Government (Building and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1993.
