26 Powers and functions of managing authority generally
The managing authority in relation to a corridor has, in relation to the corridor –
the functions and powers that are imposed or conferred on the managing authority by or under this or any other Act; and any incidental and ancillary powers that are necessary or convenient to exercise or perform the functions or powers conferred or imposed on the managing authority by or under this or any other Act.
