67 Corridor manager may make arrangements for fencing

The corridor manager in relation to a corridor, and an adjoining landholder of adjoining land, may make, alter or revoke arrangements in relation to the erection, maintenance or repair of a fence between any part of the corridor and the land.

If there ceases to be a corridor manager in relation to a corridor, an arrangement made under subsection (1) by a corridor manager ceases to be in effect.
