71 Relationship to service infrastructure legislation
Nothing in this Part or section 94 is to be taken to derogate from the provisions of any of the following:
the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Act 1997;
the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995;
the Gas Industry Act 2019;
the Gas Safety Act 2019;
the Water Management Act 1999;
any prescribed Act.
