3 Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor
The areas of land, identified as Area 1 on Plan 10922, Plan 10912, Plan 10907 and Plan 10610 in the Central Plan Register, are – designated to be land within a corridor; and declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and assigned the name “Western Corridor from Wynyard to Burnie Port”.
A reduced copy of the following plans in the Central Plan Register are set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 1:Plan 10922;Plan 10912;Plan 10907;Plan 10610.
