Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997

1. Section 34 is repealed.

Tasmanian Planning Commission Act 1997

1. Schedule 3A is amended by omitting item 8.

The amendments effected by Section 5 and this Schedule have been incorporated into authorised versions of the following Acts:

(a)

Building Act 2000;

(b)

Marine and Safety Authority Act 1997;

(c)

Sullivans Cove Waterfront Authority Act 2004;

(d)

Tasmanian Planning Commission Act 1997.
