This Act may be cited as the Supply Act (No. 2) 2025.
This Act commences on 1 July 2025.
For the purposes of this Act –
Capital Services means – public works or property required for public purposes; or a loan authorised by law;
Operating Services means the ordinary annual services of the Government.
In respect of the financial year ending on 30 June 2026, the Treasurer may – issue the sum of $29 598 000 out of the Public Account; and apply that sum for the services of the Government.
The sum specified in subsection (1)(a) is appropriated.
The sum specified in section 4(1)(a) is to be applied for the purposes specified in Schedule 1.
The Treasurer must incorporate in the estimates of expenditure from the Public Account, set out in the Bill for the ordinary Appropriation Act for the financial year ending on 30 June 2026, all money issued and applied, or to be issued and applied, under this Act as if that issue and application were to be appropriated afresh by that Act.
This Act expires on 30 June 2027.
