8 Superannuation entitlements of judge appointed after 1 July 1999
This section applies only in respect of a person appointed as a judge after 1 July 1999.
Where a person is appointed as a judge after 1 July 1999, the person is an employee for the purposes of the Public Sector Superannuation Reform Act 2016.
