194H Annual report

On or before 31 October in each year, the Chief Justice must prepare and provide to the Minister an annual report in respect of the year that ended on the preceding 30 June.

The annual report – must include details as to the administration of justice in the Court during that year; and may include any other matter that the Chief Justice considers appropriate.

The Minister must cause a copy of the annual report to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament within 10 sitting days after receiving it.
