196 Rules in Schedule II to regulate procedure and practice until altered or annulled
The rules (including forms, fees, percentages, and scales of costs) in Schedule II shall, as to all matters to which they extend, regulate the procedure and practice of the Court in the exercise of the jurisdiction of the Court which is subject to this Act, and such rules shall, for all purposes and within the meaning of all provisions in this Act referring to the Rules of Court under this Act, be deemed to have been made under this Act, but subject to the provisions of this Act such rules or any of them may be annulled, remade, added to, amended, or altered by the authority by which Rules of Court may be made under this Act.
