29 Trial at civil trial sittings may be with or without a jury

Subject to the Rules of Court, any action or any question or issue of fact to be tried at a civil trial sittings may be tried either with or without a jury, as may be ordered by the Court or a judge pursuant to the Rules of Court, any statute or law to the contrary notwithstanding.
