147 Application of rules
Rules 147A, 147B, 147C, 147D, 147E, 147F, 147G and 147H apply to the service of originating process outside Australia.
Rules 148, 149, 150, 151, 152 and 153 apply to the service of any document for the purpose of a proceeding in the Court – in a Convention country; or in any other country, other than a Hague Convention country, that the Attorney-General, by instrument filed in the proceeding, specifies.
This Division does not apply to proceedings to which Part 2 of the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act applies.
