166 Limitation of defence in action for recovery of land
A person who appears in an action for the recovery of land may limit the defence of the action to a part of the land mentioned in the writ.
A limitation is to be – by notice endorsed on the notice of appearance; or served within 4 days after the filing of the notice of appearance.
