206 Default by third party
A third party who fails to file a notice of appearance or to file and deliver any pleading which the third party has been ordered to file and deliver is taken to –
admit the validity of, and is bound by, any judgment given in the action, whether by consent or otherwise; and admit liability in respect of any contribution, indemnity or other relief or remedy claimed by the third party notice.
