232 Denial to be substantial answer
A denial by a party in a pleading of an allegation of fact in a previous pleading of the opposite party – must not be evasive; and must answer the point of substance.
A mere denial of a debt or liquidated demand in money is not sufficient.
A denial by a party in a pleading of an allegation of fact with divers circumstances is not sufficient.
