267 Delivery of defence to counterclaim, reply and subsequent pleadings
A defence to a counterclaim is to be filed and delivered within 21 days after delivery of the counterclaim.
A reply or subsequent pleading is to be filed and delivered within 21 days after delivery of the immediately preceding pleading.
