294 Persons not to be litigation guardian
A corporation or a person residing out of the jurisdiction of the Court must not be a litigation guardian unless the corporation or person –
has been appointed as litigation guardian by the Court or a judge; or is authorised under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 to conduct or defend a proceeding in the name, or on behalf, of a represented person.
