370 Order directing action to proceed
If, on an application, an order is not made under rule 367(3), the judge –
is to direct that the action proceed to trial; and may give any directions as to the further conduct of the action as may be given on an application for directions under rule 552; and may order the action to be set down for trial and define the issues that are to be tried.
