403 Order of Court during action
At any stage of a proceeding in which an admission of fact has been made, a party may apply to the Court or a judge for any judgment or order on the admission that the party may be entitled to without waiting for the determination of any other question between the parties.
On an application, the Court or a judge may make any order or give any judgment as may be appropriate.
