508 Scandalous material
The Court or a judge may – order that any scandalous material in an affidavit be struck out; or order that any affidavit containing scandalous material be removed from the file.
In an order made under subrule (1), the Court or a judge may order that the costs of the application be paid as between practitioner and client.
