529 Period for service of applications
An interlocutory application is to be served 2 clear days before the hearing date endorsed on it, unless the Court or a judge otherwise orders.
An application for time only may be served on the day before the hearing date endorsed on it.
An application for time operates as a stay of proceedings from 9 a.m. on the hearing date endorsed on it.
