Supreme Court Rules 2000

The Court or a judge at any time may order that the place of trial be at a place other than at the seat of the registry in which the matter is proceeding.

In deciding the place of trial, the Court or judge is to have regard to – the convenience of the parties and witnesses; and the wishes of the parties; and the expense to the parties; and the date on which the trial could take place; and the relative facilities for trial at any place at which the trial could take place; and if a view may be desirable, the locality of the place or object to be viewed; and all other circumstances of the case.
