573 Entry of judgment after trial
At or after the trial, the judge may – direct that any appropriate judgment be entered; or adjourn the case for further consideration; or give leave to any party to apply for judgment.
On an application for judgment, the judge – may draw any inference of fact not inconsistent with the finding of the jury; or if all the materials necessary for finally determining a question in dispute or for awarding any relief sought are before the Court, may give judgment accordingly; or if all the materials referred to in paragraph (b) are not before the Court, may direct – the application to stand over for further consideration; and any issue or question to be tried or determined and any account or inquiry to be taken and made as may be appropriate.
