616 Certificate of result of sale
The result of any sale under the direction of the Court or a judge is to be certified to the Court – if the sale is by public auction, by the auctioneer who conducted the sale; or in any other case, by the person conducting the sale or the practitioner for that person.
The Court or a judge may require that the certificate be verified by affidavit.
Unless the Court or a judge otherwise orders, the certificate and any affidavit are to be filed within 21 days after the sale.
