658 Appeal from judge in chambers
An appeal from a judgment of a judge sitting in chambers, including the refusal of an ex parte application, may be instituted or made and is to be heard even though –
the judge was not requested to adjourn the proceeding into Court; or the judge has not certified that no further argument was required.
