Supreme Court Rules 2000

This Part applies to probate actions and the application of the other provisions of these rules to those actions is subject to this Part.

In these rules,probate action means an action, other than an action which is non-contentious or common form probate business, for – the grant of probate of the will, or letters of administration of the estate, of a deceased person; or the revocation of such a grant; or a decree pronouncing for or against the validity of an alleged will.
