770 Attendance of Attorney-General
The Court or a judge may direct the Attorney-General to attend any proceedings taken under an order made on an application under rule 767.
The Attorney-General may attend any proceedings taken under an order made on an application under rule 767.
It is not necessary for the Attorney-General to attend on any proceeding unless directed to do so under subrule (1).
