778 Interpretation of Division 2 of Part 32
In this Division – Cross-vesting Act means the Jurisdiction of Courts (Cross-vesting) Act 1987; cross-vesting law means a law of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory relating to the cross-vesting of jurisdiction.
An expression defined in section 3 of the Cross-vesting Act has the same meaning in this Division.
