798 Unborn or unascertained beneficiaries
Rule 303 applies to an application under the Variation of Trusts Act 1994.
In relation to an application under the Variation of Trusts Act 1994, a judge, instead of making an order under rule 303, may – order that the interests of any unascertained person or class of persons be represented by a practitioner appointed by the judge; and make provision for the costs of such representation.
