803M Application to set aside registration of NZ judgment
An application under section 72(1) of the Trans-Tasman Proceedings Act may only be made by filing an originating application, in the proceeding in which the judgement was registered, to a judge in chambers.
An application under subrule (1) must be accompanied by an affidavit stating – briefly, but specifically, the grounds on which the registration of the judgment should be set aside; and the material facts relied on in support of the application.
