878 Execution by or against person not a party
A person not a party to a proceeding in whose favour any order is made may enforce the order by the same process as if the person were a party to the proceeding.
A person not a party to a proceeding against whom any judgment or order may be enforced is liable to the same process for enforcing the judgment or order as if the person were a party to the proceeding.
