934 Application under Partnership Act 1891
An application by a partner of a judgment debtor under section 28 of the Partnership Act 1891 and any order made on that application is to be served on – the judgment creditor; and the judgment debtor; and any of the partners of the judgment debtor who do not join in the application and are within the jurisdiction.
An application or order served under this rule on a partner of the judgment debtor who is within the jurisdiction is taken to be service on all the partners.
